Dr. Crystal Nicole Allen, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is the Founder of Crystal Minds Wellness. Dr. Allen is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida with over 17 years in the medical field. Her career began as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for several years before she began practicing as a nurse practitioner in the community. She received her Masters and Doctorate Degree from Florida International University.
